SMS Communications

• By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive SMS messages from our service.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's terms.
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
• We utilize Twilio as our SMS service provider to deliver messages.

Community Membership

• Membership is free and intended for owners and operators of home service businesses.
• Soliciting or pitching other members is not permitted and is grounds for removal.
• We may remove any member, at any time, for conduct that harms the community.
• The community is hosted on Slack and your use of it is also subject to Slack's own terms.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and current contact information.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with appropriate notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Advice shared by community members is their own and is not advice from Ride The Wave.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.
